Spark has announced the resignation of Ido Leffler from its board after six years as a non-executive director. The Israeli-born Australian entrepreneur, who is the co-founder and chief executive of school supplies company Yoobi, is said to have made the decision to step down.Leffler is also the co-founder of both beauty brand Yes To Inc and consumer product group Beach House. His resignation is effective from the end of Spark’s annual meeting due to take place on Nov. 6.Spark chair Justine Smyth said Leffler had been “a cr...
