Lodestone Energy set to launch funding round for more solar farms

Solar power generator Lodestone Energy is planning to launch a series D capital raise this year to fund the second phase of its solar farm construction programme.It has hired Forsyth Barr in New Zealand and Barrenjoey, an Australian financial services company, to lead the raise, which is expected to launch in the third quarter of 2024. The company’s phase two includes developing eight solar farms, which will generate around 470 gigawatt-hours of electricity.The company didn’t state how much it hoped to raise but has already complete...
