Spark has appointed long-time employee Rob Berrill as the chief executive of TowerCo, the new subsidiary to be spun out as part of moves to offload the telco’s passive tower assets.Berrill has been with Spark for 12 years, starting in its legal department in 2010 and moving across the organisation’s network, technology, operations and commercial departments.Most recently, he was the general manager for the streaming service Spark Sport.Mark Beder, Spark’s technology director, said: “Rob knows what it will take to create...
