T&G Global's Freshmax acquisition approved

T&G Global acquisition of Freshmax New Zealand has been approved by the New Zealand Commerce Commission. The acquisition includes three market sites in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and distribution services throughout New Zealand. The fresh food producers said it would work to integrate the two businesses smoothly, in the context of the covid–19 outbreak increasing demand on supermarkets.
