Wellington International Airport is considering a six-year fixed rate bond offer of up to $75 million, with the ability to accept $25 million in oversubscriptions.The airport operator has appointed ANZ Bank New Zealand as the arranger and Forsyth Barr as joint lead manager to coordinate the bond offer which is expected to open on Aug. 3.Last month, Wellington Airport shareholders, Infratil and Wellington City Council, committed to a $75 million support via redeemable preference shares, if needed.Demand for air travel has been weak since the pan...
