The independent valuation of Metlifecare shares hasn't changed, despite Swedish suitor EQT lowering its offer price to $6 per share from $7 previously, using the coronavirus crisis as its excuse. Calibre Partners, formerly KordaMenta, valued the shares between $5.80 and $6.90 and said the $6 takeover offer price is at the lower end of the range, but is "reasonable."
