The industrial property market in Canterbury is attracting buyers from afar, as out-of-region investors seek returns superior to those in their home markets.  Colliers Christchurch director Sam Staite said in the past 12 months, there had been multiple large industrial transactions sold to investors based outside Canterbury.   An example Colliers is marketing is 4 Sir James Wattie Drive, a modern 10,930-square-metre facility leased to Sleepyhead owner The Comfort Group, which has just committed to a 10-year lease term. ...
