NZ dollar edges up before OCR review which may include upgraded inflation forecast

By Jonathan Underhill Nov. 9 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar edged up ahead of this morning's monetary policy statement which may include a stronger track for inflation and a weaker currency. The kiwi dollar rose to 69.20 US cents as at 8am in Wellington from 68.97 cents late yesterday. The trade-weighted index (TWI) increased to 73.45 from 73.30 yesterday.
