By Paul McBeth Oct. 5 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar fell as US presidential election polling showed Hilary Clinton taking the lead, boosting demand for the greenback on optimism the Democrat candidate would be better for the powerhouse global economy.  The kiwi dropped to 72.07 US cents at 8am in Wellington from 72.86 cents yesterday.
