Olam sells stake in Open Country Dairy to Talley's

Singapore’s Olam International said it has sold all its 15.19% stake in Open Country Dairy to Talley Group for approximately $80.9 million through Talley’s takeover offer in February 2021. Olam included the information in its 2020 annual report under “divestments of de-prioritised assets”.
