The developer behind a proposal to build more than 1,200 homes in Upper Ōrewa has withdrawn its fast-track application.Vineway Limited, a development vehicle for greenfield specialists Myland Partners, initially suspended its application after the expert panel, considering the project, issued a draft decision refusing resource consent.The panel largely sided with the Auckland Council group, which raised concerns about infrastructure constraints in the area and the cost of servicing an out-of-sequence development like Delmore.Vineway a...
