A2 Milk has agreed the terms to snap up 75 percent of Mataura Valley Milk and plans to invest about $120 million in the facility during the next two-to-three years.As previously signalled, A2 Milk will take 75 percent of the company for a total of $268.5 million, based on an enterprise value of about $385 million.
