Bubs Australia scored a major advantage over Fonterra and A2 Milk by being faster to act. The infant formula maker filed its application to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on May 17, immediately after the FDA announced “increased flexibilities” regarding infant formula imports as parents grappled with a nationwide shortage.It called on companies to “submit information for the FDA to quickly evaluate whether the product can be used safely and whether it provides adequate nutrition”.The Australian minnow sub...
