Fonterra Cooperative Group posted a profit after two years of losses and has resumed paying a dividend.The Auckland-based cooperative posted a net profit attributable to shareholders of $686 million for the year ended July 31, versus a loss of $562 million in the prior period.Net profit – including a $27 million loss for non-controlling interests – was $659 million in the 12 months versus a loss of $610 million in the prior year.The full-year normalised earnings per share were 24 cents, at the top end of its guidance. Earnings...
