Fonterra Co-operative Group has confirmed it will sell its consumer business through a trade sale or an initial public offering.In May, Fonterra announced it would consider full or partial divestment options for its consumer channels, Fonterra Oceania and Fonterra Sri Lanka.The idea was to focus on its two ingredients and food service channels.
