The mid-point of Fonterra’s opening milk price for season starting June 1 will see it pump $12 billion into the New Zealand economy.The dairy giant announced an opening forecast farmgate milk price range for the 2021/22 season of $7.25-to-$8.75 per kilogram of milk solids, with a mid-point of $8.00.
