If Fonterra’s new venture is successful, New Zealand milk could make its way to Mars.The dairy cooperative has teamed up with privately-held VitaKey, whose cofounder Robert Langer helped set up Moderna, to design products that incorporate the targeted and time-controlled release of specific dairy nutrients, starting with probiotics.VitaKey specialises in precision delivery of nutrition.
