Fonterra is moving ahead with a shareholder vote on changes to the cooperative’s capital structure, and the revamped proposal would see a version of the Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund survive.Voting will open Nov 18 and a special meeting will be held immediately after Fonterra’s annual general meeting wraps up on Dec 9. The dairy giant kicked off consultation about the proposal last May when it warned New Zealand's future milk supply is likely to decline or be flat at best. According to Fonterra, the cooperative&rsq...
