Fonterra is moving ahead with a shareholder vote on changes to the cooperative’s capital structure, and the revamped proposal would see a version of the Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund survive.Voting will open Nov 18 and a special meeting will be held immediately after Fonterra’s annual general meeting wraps up on Dec 9.
