UK-based specialist asset manager Gresham House is disappointed with the rejection of its bid to invest in New Zealand forestry, but hasn't given up on the antipodes just yet. “Gresham House is disappointed by the Overseas Investment Office (OIO) decision and we will continue to work with our contacts in New Zealand to seek out other opportunities.
