Australian company Foresta has signed a 10-year supply agreement with PF Olsen. The ASX-listed company has confirmed the deal to receive 150,000 tonnes of logs stumps and slash for its manufacturing facility in Kawerau, Bay of Plenty. Foresta intends to build New Zealand’s first industrial-scale plant to make biomass fuels to replace coal.PF Olsen is New Zealand's largest independent forestry provider and has been running for more than 50 years.
