Minority shareholders in PGG Wrightson want to know the intentions of its major shareholders, following the shock resignation of its former chair and an independent director on Monday.Garry Moore and Sarah Brown were turfed from the rural services company's board when shareholders Elders and Agria unexpectedly voted against their re-election at its annual meeting.ASX-listed Elders owns 12.47% of its shares, and Singaporean company Agri Corporation holds more than 44%. A spokesperson for Elders said the company had no comment. Get...
