PwC is to look at options for Fonterra’s Australian business, including a possible sale.“PwC has been appointed to prepare financial due diligence advice, irrespective of what process we decide on,” a Fonterra spokesperson said.The Australian reported that PwC had been hired ahead of plans for a possible initial public offering.According to the spokesperson, an IPO is only one option.
