PwC is to look at options for Fonterra’s Australian business, including a possible sale.“PwC has been appointed to prepare financial due diligence advice, irrespective of what process we decide on,” a Fonterra spokesperson said.The Australian reported that PwC had been hired ahead of plans for a possible initial public offering.According to the spokesperson, an IPO is only one option.  Last month, Fonterra said it was planning to sell its assets in Chile and was considering the most appropriate structure for its Australia...
