PwC to run Ziwi Peak auction - report

Ziwi Peak’s founders and shareholders have reportedly asked PwC to run an auction for the business, having been swamped with early interest from private equity and trade types late last year, the Australian Financial Review reported.PwC and company officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.According to the AFR, the early favourite is KKR & Co, which bought Ziwi’s NZ-based rival Natural Pet Food Group in May, while others in the mix are understood to include Pacific Equity Partners, The Carlyle Group and Chin...
