ASB Bank has bumped up its forecast for annual house price inflation from 10% to 15% for 2021 as sales data to May shows government action to quell pricing has had little impact so far.The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) said the country's annual house price inflation was 29.8% in the 12 months through May, the highest level in 39 years.Last month was also the first time there was annual price inflation of more than 20% in all regions. This was supported by a lack of stock with listings on realestate.co.nz falling to 14,26...
