A development venture linked to the Malaysian government will construct a $452 million, 21-level commercial and residential development at Aotea Station to be built on the completion of the City Rail Link in 2024.Auckland Council development agency Panuku Development said it had sold the former 4,780 square metre car park on Mayoral Dr and Wellesley St, to Kuala Lumpur-based Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) for $40m on a 125-year leasehold agreement.Panuku described the sale as a “fully contestable market process” suppo...
