Auckland property developer Kurt Gibbons has bought the site of Wellington’s old Tip Top bread factory from Ryman Healthcare. Property records show a company called Adelaide 52 Limited bought the 5000-square-metre property at 194 Adelaide Rd, Newtown, for $7.25 million in August. Adelaide 52 is wholly owned by Gibbons, who is behind Auckland-based Gibbons Co, a self-described “luxury property company”.The Newtown property's rating valuation (RV), which dates back to September 2021, is $18.2m.Gibbons Co did not re...
