Auckland listings end lacklustre 2019 at four-year low

Property listings were at a four-year low at the end of 2019 in what realtor Barfoot & Thompson described as a stable year with fewer sales and flat prices.The city’s biggest realtor said it had 3,191 properties on its books at the end of December, down from 3,703 a month earlier and 4,194 at the end of 2018.
