An independent valuer said Augusta Capital's shares are worth between 85 cents and $1 and so Augusta's independent directors are unanimously recommending the takeover offer from ASX-listed Centuria in the absence of a higher offer. Centuria is offering 22 cents in cash – raised from 20 cents on July 2 – and 0.392 Centuria shares for each Augusta share.
