Commercial leasing group CBRE has agreed to buy property advisory firm TelferYoung, substantially beefing up its regional valuation business.The acquisition of the country's largest independent valuations firm will add 20 offices to CBRE’s footprint, and double its employees to about 400 staff, it said.
