Du Val receivers PwC have received “certain items and information” from the failed property group’s founders, Charlotte and Kenyon Clarke, following a court order the couple hand them over by Wednesday.Suppression has lapsed on a High Court judgment directing the Clarkes to give assets and a statement of their financial position to PwC by Jan 15.At a hearing of the matter in December, Charlotte Clarke told Justice Jane Anderson she and her husband intended to seek suppression of the details and the judge’s decision.Howev...
