A New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants tribunal has suspended chartered accountant Wayne Bailey for four years for misconduct.Bailey, owner and sole director of Christchurch financial consultancy firm Taurus Group and Fawkes Investments, was also ordered to pay costs of $63,299.42 for misconduct and breaches across two complaints.It's the second time Bailey has appeared before the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) disciplinary tribunal.
