Kiwi Property Group has received the go ahead for its multi-billion dollar planned community in Drury East, paving the way for more than 4,000 new homes and retail in the south Auckland township.The NZX-listed property group, which owns and manages about $3.2 billion worth of property including the country's largest retail centre at Sylvia Park, said work will get underway shortly following the earthworks consent by Auckland council.The company progressively acquired the 53 hectare site during 2017 and 2018, paying an estimated $50 million....
