Deloitte will take the naming rights for Precinct Properties' revamped One Queen St redevelopment, and will move into the $305 million building in two years.The multinational professional services firm will take up 7,500 square metres of office space from levels 15 to 20, moving from its current Deloitte Centre at 80 Queen St, where it takes up floors 13 to 18.Legal firm Bell Gully has signed for 4,400 sqm of the total 14,000 sqm available across nine floors, while levels six to 11 of the building will be home to a 139-room InterContinental...
