Ebert director Kelvin Hale hasn’t been paid back any of the $3.5 million he said was advanced to the collapsed construction company by him and another shareholder.The latest receivers’ report for Ebert Construction by PwC said it distributed $1.8 million to first ranking security holder BNZ, with a further $4.2 million outstanding as at July 30.
