The Inland Revenue Department has succeeded in liquidating the owner of a multimillion-dollar Takapuna property over a $1.3m tax bill.Lakefront Investments is part of the Haven group of companies and a wider battle by IRD to recover unpaid taxes.The company owns a 2.2-hectare empty site on the shores of Lake Pupuke, next to North Shore Hospital.
