Building industry body Master Builders and credit bureau CreditWorks have joined forces to create a tool for checking the financial health of builders.The initiative will give Master Builders members a financial rating that goes beyond their credit history and analyses their financial metrics to provide a comprehensive picture of their wellbeing.The aim was to help iron out the boom-and-bust nature of construction and create more resilience and maturity in the sector, Master Builders chief executive Ankit Sharma said.“Then hopefully next...
