ASX listed property group Elanor Investors Group is in discussion with Jasper Property Group, a privately owned commercial property syndicate with $320 million of assets under management.In a statement to the ASX on Tuesday, Elanor chief executive Glenn Willis confirmed speculation in the Australian media that the firm was in discussion with Auckland based Jasper, but it noted that “there was no certainty that a transaction will proceed”.“Elanor is consistently looking at merger and acquisition opportunities to grow security h...
