The receivers of Ormiston Rise say they've accepted an offer for the failed residential community development.Calibre Partners said the business has been purchased by The Neighbourhood Ormiston, which includes the original lenders in the housing project.The subdivision located in east Auckland's Totara Park was moved into receivership on May 7 after developers lost faith in the building contractor Platform Homes amid concerns over significant delays.The first phase of the development, a mix of 191 terrace, duplex and standalone homes in...
