Film-makers Peter Jackson and Fran Walsh have paid almost twice the rating valuation for a collection of properties rumoured to be the site of a future film museum in the capital. BusinessDesk reported two weeks ago that someone had bought a large patch of land in the Wellington suburb of Rongotai.
