Precinct Properties is seeking consent for 135 apartments and five commercial tenancies in its major new Dominion Rd development.The NZX-listed developer announced in June that it had entered into a conditional agreement with Auckland urban regeneration agency Eke Panuku to buy the 5,000-plus square metre site at 198-222 Dominion Rd and 113-117 Valley Rd, in Mt Eden.The sale is expected to settle early next year for $13.25 million.Before its agreement with Precinct, Eke Panuku spent more than $500,000 securing consent for a 92-apartment develop...
