Stride reinstates dividend guidance after IPO withdrawal

Stride Property has reinstated its guidance of paying dividends of at least 9.91 cents per share this year following the decision to not spin-off of its office assets into a new listed vehicle called Fabric.That spin-off was foreshadowed to have cut the payout to between 9.34c and 9.36c from the 9.91c dividend promised in May when the company released its annual results."I note, however, that this dividend assumes no further economic deterioration as a result of covid-19," chair Tim Storey told the annual shareholders' meeting.&qu...
