Summerset chief executive Scott Scoullar says the retirement village and aged care operator had a strong February and March. In a quarterly trading update to the NZX on Tuesday, Summerset Group reported 290 sales for the quarter ending March 31, with 132 new sales and 158 resales.  Scoullar noted a 14% increase in total sales compared to the same period last year, driven by a 31% rise in resales, while new sales slightly decreased. “This is a pleasing start to the year.
