The $45 billion NZ Super Fund has joined forces with parties associated with the Russell Property Group to buy a 250-hectare waterfront holding in east Auckland – including Formosa Golf Course land -  but no price was disclosed.There are no immediate plans to develop the land, which consolidates the 170.5-hectare Formosa Golf Course land with an additional 80 hectares at 620 Whitford-Maraetai Road.The Whitford-Maraetai Road site is owned by Pipers Limited Partnership, an associate of Russell Property Group and its investment partners. &nbs...
