Investment property valuation gains accounted for the bulk of the $570 million before tax profit for Goodman Property Trust for the half year to September 2021.Valuation gains of $504.7m took the trust's total investment portfolio to $4.33 billion, which includes 11 existing industrial properties and active developments across a further 10 projects.It’s a major gain also on the $184.4m reported for the comparable half-year in 2020, of which valuation improvements accounted for $140.2m.
