Vital Healthcare Property Trust's manager said net profit rose more than threefold, thanks to the rising value of its properties.Underlying profit was still strong, with adjusted funds from operations, a key metric for investors, rising 10.4% to 11.54 cents per unit and the manager is forecasting current year earnings will be at least 11.8cpu.However, the fees paid to the manager, which is owned by Canada-based NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, jumped 35.9% to $25.4 million, largely because NorthWest's incent...
