Naked Brand shareholders didn’t show up to a special meeting in Sydney last week to vote on whether to sign over Bendon to their chair Justin Davis-Rice, but an overwhelming majority of proxy votes in favour of the deal point to it going ahead.Director Kel Fitzalan chaired the meeting, where technical issues meant some attendees weren’t able to listen to the full meeting, and where no shareholders turned up other than the directors.
