German giant Intersnack Group will become the new owner of biscuit maker Griffin’s Foods after it agreed to buy out the remaining shares of a joint venture with Universal Robina.In a statement provided to BusinessDesk, Intersnack said it would acquire the further 60% of shares in Griffin’s owner Unisnack NZ.
