Ikea has tapped Mainfreight and NZ Post as its logistics partners as it prepares to open its long-awaited Sylvia Park store in late 2025. The company said it would announce its official opening date on Thursday.The collaboration will see NZ Post handle smaller parcels such as accessories and soft furnishings, while Mainfreight will move bulkier items like bookcases and sofas.Together, the two companies will give Ikea nationwide coverage through both home delivery and a new network of 29 Mainfreight-operated pick-up points stretching from K...
