Laybuy shareholders will take some money off the table in an A$80 million initial public offering on the ASX this month.The New Zealand buy now, pay later provider is offering the shares at A$1.41 apiece, selling 28.4 million new shares to raise A$40 million of fresh capital, while existing investors will sell a further 28.4 million to pocket A$40 million in the process. The company has already raised a net NZ$25.4 million this year through two separate pre-IPO convertible notes issues.
