Noel Leeming likely fell foul of the Fair Trading Act by selling 70 Amazon Kindles in April, in the knowledge it would be unable to fulfil the orders for more than half of its sales, the Commerce Commission says.That prompted more than 100 enquiries to the commission from consumers, including those who had not received their product within the delivery times promised, were not receiving refunds and who were unable to contact Noel Leeming.The retailer was also censured for advertising a camera accessory cable with a one-to-two week delivery time...
